MLLP and RWTH Aachen collaboration wins at the IberSpeech-RTVE 2018 TV Speech-to-Text Challenge
MLLP researchers participated in collaboration with RWTH Aachen colleagues in the IberSpeech-RTVE 2018 TV Speech-to-Text Challenge. We are proud to announce that our systems won both tracks of this international challenge on automatic transcription of TV shows.

Tećnico Lisboa launches new MOOCs in English and Portuguese with MLLP-generated subtitles
Técnico Lisboa (Universidade de Lisboa) is now offering new MOOC courses on science and engineering in English and Portuguese, including the course “Valores próprios / Eigenvalues”. These courses come with subtitles for multilingual accessibility, generated with the help of MLLP technology.
